At this time, we ship exclusively within Morocco using reliable local courier services.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Morocco typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Free Shipping: ALL ORDERS

International Shipping: We are currently working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping. Global delivery will be available soon.


Returns and Exchanges – Morocco Only

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for a different model or color, subject to availability.
