Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You therefore have 30 days from receiving your item to request a refund.

If the product has not been used, is in its original condition, and is returned within 30 days of purchase, we will proceed with a refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us first at contact@zillij.ma . We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

⚠️ Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Upon delivery of your order, we recommend inspecting the item. If there is a defect, damage, or error, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you currently have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
